Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Wouldn't some of the services such as prescription pick up and parking permit etc. require the actual person to be there with identification?

A:

PRESCRIPTIONS: If you normally have your prescription filled at Target pharmacy, then we would not need to show your medical insurance card to fill the prescription, they would have this information on record. 

We would swing by your house to pick up the actual prescription (unless your doctor has called it in) and medical insurance card if needed.

JERSEY CITY PARKING PERMIT:

1. We will email you the parking permit form, or you can access it from our “FORMS” page.  

2. Make a photocopy of your drivers’ license and car registration.

3. We will pick up the parking permit form, photocopy of your drivers license and registration and the $15 check made out to Jersey City Parking Authority, plus the $10 fee (which you will pay in cash). 

4. The following evening we will deliver your NEW parking permit.

Q: Do you shell out the $$ for the goods and then I pay by cash/check?
A: Yes, we will cover the cost of groceries, or postal charges, then you will pay us when we deliver the items.  Check is acceptable for the amount of the groceries, or postal charges, and the service fee should be paid in cash.

Q: Are there max limits on an order?
A: No

Q: Besides Trader Joe's... Is Whole Foods in Edgewater and Garden of Eden in Hoboken an option? What are the fees for those places?

A: YES, WE HAVE NOW ADDED WHOLE FOODS TO OUR ROUTE.  If we receive enough interest in other stores, we will be glad to add them to our route.  Please fill out our contact form if you are interested in a possible delivery from Garden of Eden in the future.

Q: Items Exchanged/Returns: Is this in the JC area only or does it include Short Hills and other places at a distance?
Also, not sure how this could effectively work since you often would need my credit card (and ID) in some cases for returns /exchanges.

A: At this time, returns and exchanges at the $20 rate are for Jersey City and Hoboken only.  If you need something returned to a different town, email us and we will provide a quote for the return service to that area.

We will email you a concierge release form, or you can access it from our "FORMS" page, allowing us to act on your behalf.  You can scan it and email it to us, or we will pick it up from you when picking up your return/exchange.

 
Q: Sick Service: Does your $25 price include the Chicken Soup, tissues etc?

A: Sick Service includes a prescription pickup (the cost of your prescription is NOT included), 2 cans of chicken noodle soup (or soup of your choice), a box of Kleenex tissues, and ice cream or sorbet (your choice).  If you only need a prescription pickup, and you use Target pharmacy, it will cost $15 plus the cost of your prescription and any other items you may need.
