"A big thumb's up for Keep Your Weekend!  I realized I needed help when I had movers coming and simultaneously had to be in a client meeting.  So I called Tara and she came to the house, met with the movers, and handled everything in my absence.

Also Tara reminded me that I should get no parking signs for the moving van.  In advance of moving day, she went and got the signs (which also requires buying a money order for the parking authority), and then she put them up in front of my house, all while I was away at work.

"I've had 2 small packages lying around for literally a month now. They needed to be sent out, but were too heavy to be brought to work for lunchtime drop off at our nearby post office. And on Saturday mornings ... well, I never quite wake up in time (or remember) to go to the main post office on Montgomery.

Enter Keep Your Weekend.

When Tara announced her small business, I contacted her immediately. She came to our place at precisely the time she booked, picked up the two packages and $20. The $10 service fee is due up front, and normally she covers the cost  for postage, cost of goods, and then you reimburse her the next evening. I asked her to send it via UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper and more convenient for her.

Tara came back the following night. I expected to have to shell out an additional $5 or $10. The hubs went to meet her at our building entrance, and it turned out I was due some change (had I known, I would've given it to her as a tip!).

Anyway, Keep Your Weekend is definitely a good resource for commuters who have little to no personal time (yuppies, artists, and everything in between), particularly those who do not own cars. Her services are reasonably priced, and Tara is nice to boot.

I highly recommend KYW's services and will definitely use it again."

" I used Keep My Weekend to reorganize my closet.  I had a closet that was in total shambles.  Since I am a renter, I didn't want anything that was permanent.

They worked with me, and my budget and handled my walk-in closet remodel while I was on vacation.  When I returned home, I couldn't believe my eyes.  I found some pieces of clothing I hadn't seen in years.  Tara, from Keep Your Weekend organized everything by color, sleeve length, and season.  Since my closet has had a makeover, I've been able to put together outfits I'd never imagined before.
